Sheesh Mink you mustn't have been around long. Back in the dotcom boom every second mining explorer suddenly turned into a dotcom company to try and get into the boom there while mining stocks sucked. Now its just the other way around. U is the new boom.
Much easier to take a small, practically worthless listed company and import expertise and change focus than it is to get a new one listed and off the ground.
