1: Interest is only accrued when the funds have been drawn down, this hasnt happened yet and wont happen untill after 31sto f March when an audited expenditure schedule is completed by PLS and sent to the bond holders who need to see this before realizing the funds from escro.
2: Repayment of pre payment by Atlas wont happen all at once but over 6 months i recall it was so cashflow should be from month one April not June also we get paid at the mine gate.
3: Commissioning actually means producing product but at smaller amounts than 100% so there will be ships leaving in the first month or two but not at 100% capacity.
