What you say here has definitely been the case, which is why I ended up bailing at the 40 to 50 mark. Once again, I can see that they are still unable to break even properly. I think Matt is very knowledgeable but I definitely get weary when the board holds too much stock and there is not a hell of a lot of external interest.

Still a fair too many dreamers that think that management will help the Shareholders and that we are to hit the golden era. I got burnt once badly last year sure as hell need to avoid it next time by a similar instance, it is not fun.

FYI plenty of companies are in a similar boat. How long until FLN joins the 1c land following a mass restructuring?
