IMO This will drag on for years. Its hard to negotiate something that may have $50b in the ground.
Neither INL nor JRV will have funds to do it.
Positioning on who gets bigger cut will take a long time and in what form will not be easily resolved. They will discuss it for weeks, months and years. This will not be resolved at next meeting.
INL might walk away for months and even begin other project(s) before invigorating it, if at all.
IMO there is no short term takeover premium.
