I'm hoping that the INL technology will facilitate the moving on from a MOU with the Chinese, to actual funding of the project.
Everyone makes money, INL gets it's commercial plant built to demonstrate the process, JRV sells it's otherwise difficult deposit, and the Chinese get the Nickel they need.
I don't see this as an "either/or" situation for JRV, but an opportunity to work with INL, and to be funded by the Chinese, to mine our ore ....
