So approx ~ 1 billion shares on issue.

Again they are talking conceptual resources... no drills in the ground... no actual knowledge if the conceptualised resource will actually exist and already valued at approx ~ 90mill fully dilute... this doesn't stack well against other iron ore plays with far better credentials.

largest shareholder in this company has a 2.88% holding...
largest director holding is only 20million (including options) value approx ~ $160K so it would seem directors don't have that much faith in the company themselves...

not many ticks in any box for this one
