what is it with European countries?!?....that they choose to repeatedly play with dictatorships, authoritarian rule?!..... what is in their DNA that even after centuries of failed autocratic experiments, most recent examples the Nazis...Bolsheviks...Franco.... Ceausescu?..... that they keep reverting to these types of measures?
