Strategic Elements Ltd (ASX:SOR) is looking for partnerships to help commercialise its revolutionary Nanocube Memory Ink technology.

It's printable memory ink is looking to be the first commercialised high performance printed memory technology.

The opportunity is for the technology to be printed onto silicon chips and replace flash memory, which is reaching its limits.

A prototype has already achieved data writing speeds over 1000 times faster than today’s state-of-the-art flash memory technology used in most wearable devices and smartphones.

The University of New South Wales team has successfully optimised a number of prototype fabrication parameters and continues to determine the impact of different materials.

The company has recently initiated a share purchase plan (SPP) to raise $1 million.


Capital raising

The company is seeking to raise $1 million at $0.115 per share, a circa 12% discount to the current share price of $0.13.

The SPP will close on 31 May, 2016.
