apart from the uso ,which tls should rightfully be freed ,the
nbn propsal is contingent on known knowns,unknowns knowns and
known unknowns plus the very difficult,unknown unknowns and given the govt reluctance to release the full report or specifics on costings Thodey is quite right taking his sweet time,there of course is the very big problem of the senate and it may well be a new govt before too long.
meanwhile back with the known knowns TLS will be a very different business no matter what,once my current telco contracts expire i will be going back to our national icon,the one that provides service to all Australians under its charter--telstra
