Here is the DFS from Platina Resources for their Scandium Project (which I posted a couple of days ago).

At the MTJV, GSR/CNJ would be extracting the Scandium using the same process they will be employing to extract the Nickel/Cobalt that they clearly already have. Thus, the Scandium would be a by-product or added-value product.
With regard to the Scandium price etc. there is plenty of information in the above Platina DFS, which I would suggest that you and other HC readers take a very good look at.
