    Yes, this is sub-judice.

So details of case, per se, cannot be discussed.

However, radio commentators this am. state, with regard to his ongoing Parliamentary commitments, his presence will be required on Parliamentary sitting days takes precedence over Courts, and he is entitled to be able to appear in Parliament on each day it's sitting, even if he is required to appear in Court that day.

This is ludicrous - outrageous. He will still sit - still VOTE in support of Labor and Gillard - each of whom continues to support HIM, as she and they have throughout this whole saga. Surely, he should be required to be stood down from Parliament for the entire period whilst these matters are resolved one way or the other, by the Courts - no matter how long this takes. Be required to appear on each and every day at the Court's direction.

This will delay outcomes much longer, and disrupt Court timetables and schedules to the extent that this case may well take years to resolve. It's outrageous!
