    He should be resigning as an MP.

    I still can't fathom why a Member of Parliament would REFUSE an invitation by Vic police to come and answer questions and WAITED until he was arrested.

    What kind of image does that represent to ordinary Australians.

    As an MP he should have answered Vic Police's questions voluntarily.

    For that alone he has brought Parliament into disrepute and should resign.

    Surely Labor should not accept his diseased vote.
