    Hi DaveR

Should we expect that a Member of Parliament voluntarily answer questions of Police?

Whats your take on Thomson REFUSING the December invitation of Vic Police to answer questions and instead waited to be ARRESTED and EXTRADITED for questioning at which point his court appearances will now be affected by Parliament now sitting.

My take is as CT as an MP should be setting the example. He has clearly set a poor one in his interations with police. On that alone he has brought Parliament into disrepute and should resign or be booted out.
