If police bring criminal charges, no matter how soon, could these be nulled and voided - for exactly the same excuse - that time tp ensure court procedures is up - run out - all because these ridiculously slow investigations took so scandalously LONG to come to a fruition which could no longer be, allegedly, stalled?
