"they're" not going to pay his bills any more.

But bet your life FWA have stretched this out as long as they're able - being an entity set up by Gillard and Labor.

Will the Statute of Limitations then cut in and prevent this ever getting tried - length of time preventing any actual court case proceedings?

IS that the plan? For we're told it;ll be first heard on December 6th. are we talking State - or Federal - Statute of Limitations? And just what IS the applicable tie limit?

If police bring criminal charges, no matter how soon, could these be nulled and voided - for exactly the same excuse - that time tp ensure court procedures is up - run out - all because these ridiculously slow investigations took so scandalously LONG to come to a fruition which could no longer be, allegedly, stalled? The Labor Party's full of ex-lawyers - so put two and two together and I'll bet you'll come up with four.

If this were you and I - would we still be in operation? Don't think so! Unless we too had friends in high places. we're told this will not conclude until after the next election, most probably. Itself a scandal IMO. IF it ever goes ahead. How VERY covenient for some. Thomson sounding ultra cocky. WHY?

Oakeshott and Windsor - so loud on most things anti-Coalition - their jack- boots always into them for the slightest misdemeanour - yet so quiet as mice on this one.
    Very selective outrage. Hypocrites.
