    Often a statute of limitations will still allow a claim to be brought as long as there is an explanation in evidence to the court of why the claim was not brought for such a long time such as the inability for the evidence of the claim to materialize.

    The evidence is not subject to limitation periods
    it is the bringing of the action that is affected by the act.
