Once again, the WDR takeover of THR has been fantastic for WDR, and has done nothing what so ever for THR.
Do THR shareholders even understand what has happened?

"Thor is to sole fund all exploration activities on the tenements, have sole discretion regarding the exploration programs and keep the tenements in good standing pending exercise of its options to increase its equity interests in the tenements."
"Thor raising a minimum of A$2.5 million in equity capital (inclusive of the capital raising announced on 17 January 2011)."
What is the dilution since WDR have taken this over?
Holders should think carefully about voting on this one imo.
