    I've been thinking about this . If WDR are large share holders in Thor (sharing directors) then they may view Thor as a subsidiary.

    In which case chucking them this project doesn't seem that strange.

    If they see a long term future in Thor with Molyhill and Dundas then giving them a project that has definite near term earnings potential would make sense.
