My opinion here, there is also a chance we could end up getting some government funding, I believe the government doesn't do 100% so we would need to fund approx 50% of it before they will pitch in the other half. That is probably why the company is looking at making some changes, as it needs to get its share sorted and the ball rolling. Its all possible, Just hope management team aren't doing the whole Tang Ping (Laying flat) thing.
