Even with recent announcements of $9m in kitty (Sept Qtr) and large EM conductor at GGN declared, VMS SP 4.2cents/ MC $58, trajectory is one way at the moment. There appears no sign this will change with positive announcements lacking regarding either lab results in general or further testing in WA (e.g. Thor).
My concern is that lack of focus and action has left VMS very exposed now for a low ball TO offer as well. Shareholders are not happy and this will be reflected at AGM vote which may be another trigger for a price drop unless a good announcement is released before then.
Given CHN recent announcement, and if their share price maintains current range , from a position of strength they (and others) will be looking at VMS from all angles including a TO, but when would VMS be at their weakest and what could they (predator) do to weaken it further before making such a move?. Cash and presumably great assets on offer at discount price. Ideal scenario for a buy , carve up and consolidate. For shareholders , an opportunity to attract full time, results focused asset managers that operate to timelines and both short term , long term shareholder expectations. GLTA
