    ..Thor has a market cap of about $ 30 million and IMO 9 million cash. Molyhil has a net present value of $ 88 million- so at the moment you get the U tenements for free-also Hatches Creek (historic tungsten mining).
    Everybody now is waiting for Molyhil-off-take and financing. If that will be announced- next move should be ahead.
