If I recall the last delay (no decision) was for 2 months.
Now being the middle of September I would not be surpirsed if they dont attempt a decision again until the new year. This isn't about whether the coverage should be allowed, that has allready been voted on by a panel and the decision is YES... This about can the US government allocate the funds, the answer to that is NO.
Getting re-elected is much more important than saving a few peoples lives I am so sorry to say.
Approval will come, its just a matter of when.
