Hi capman, I'm with you on this one. Well I would be wouldn't I. I hold over 250,000 VCR.

Overlooking this bias on my part, I think that the subsidy will be approved in the near future because the LVAD's are as you say, cost effective in less than two months, which is a great plus when a heart patient with this degenerative muscular problem can take a hospital bed for many months, that is if the unfortunate patient doesn't die before hand.
