I'm interested in GJT but is still exploring the potential and downside of this stock. Could anyone please clarify me on the points below ?

1) The director has been buying over the pass few months and yet there has not been any SP rise.

2) Is the currency hedging going to be a huge downside in todays economy ?

3) Japan's economy is struggling at the moment. Japan second largest housing company turned bankrupt since of yesterday...

Whats the outlook for this stock ?
