in fact I’ve quite clearly owned that it is what it seems not what it is.
on the other hand you dip regularly into assumption and conjecture as if it were so and not simply the consequence of you either missing what someone has written, drawing a conclusion that is the product of your own desire to prove yourself right or simply reflecting a bias
I’m not sure why I should take heed of pms who brazenly lie and defame others under parliamentary privilege. It is a separate issue. I just don’t see the need to turn it into a matter of whether someone is worse. Now you are on leaky moral ground having already shown yourself to be intellectually dishonest in an attempt to justify Lidia’s behaviour.
standards of behaviour are that. Standards. It’s ok or it’s not ok. It doesn’t matter how pained a person is, whether they have an excuse, whether someone is worse, whether they feel justified. What matters is what their behaviour is

A technique @Lapdog has, is to post something contrary to his opinion, and then attributing that opinion to another poster.
When asked to substantiate the accusation made in his post with an example, he refuses, and instead asks the victim of his lies to denounce something they never said.
It has happened to me two or three times now.
