I actually have great respect for the BIS.

From 2006, the BIS, also known as the central banker's banker, was screaming about the global financial health and how a crises was about to engulf the globe.

No one cared to take notice and world governments just ignored their cry. It was a great warning to me.

Now, that doesn't mean something can't be suspect there, but I trust them more than the 2 bears.
