Bit pointless replying since you've stated COVID is a con but Pfizer full approval is done and dusted. Only reason it hasn't been non-provisionally approved earlier is that the agreement was to review after a 2 year period of use. Provisional does not equal trial in this case. Simply the TGA wouldn't have further approved Pfizer for use in 12-15yos on 23rd July and 5-11yos on 5th December if there was any doubt. There's plenty of data around the world to show tha Pfizer is effective and safe.
