for all that it is worth, when watso was having a look at some cheap gold plays, watso did look at vre, as there were some real plusses, which have been pointed out - eg the cash position. the only negative, was that the cost of production seemed to be a bit on the high side - which of course, was expected to come down. trouble is, is that watso has rsg shares, and despite supposedly operating at a cash cost of about $450 per oz, for what ever reason, year in, year out, it seems to operate at considerably higher costs.
