No argument they are worth every cent it's hard yakka.

I was concerned with the costs of operation they can easyly blow out the minimum wage say $100,000k x 180 odd employees it soon builds up. 18million+ pa just on wages.

You know what happens when the music stops. They better have gold and bucket loads of it. When Newmont had the place it was pouring 200,000oz + pa. Let's hope they left some in the ground.
