So you don't know any specific market-moving news...you just generally feel that this is a good company in an interesting industry sector. This is what I call blatant ramping by any other name.

I hold PWT and I am genuinely interested in any specific market-moving information that would move the share price.

If you want to make assertions I wish you would present rational, sound and substantial information to support your claims...otherwise we can see you clearly for what they are...and dismiss all that your say at a stroke!
