There is a neighbour that has clearer skies, more and better resource, better management and currently a very attractive SP to new investors.HIO are going into hibernation and won't get out of the ground. Asking a JV to fund a revised BFS? and its gonna take till 2024 to do so? You are gonna miss the boat.
The MC on HIO is cooked for where they are.
