I'm a novice to all of this. You offer the shares at 20% discount to sophisticated investors...presumably to save admin costs. And then you offer them to the people in the inner sanctum...probably to maintain control...and then the ordinary shareholder can just see their holding get diluted and ...well ..who gives a rat's...

I was wondering why this little number has stayed flat while its prospects have risen in the last year. Now I can see why. There's every likelihood that when it does start delivering some profit, there's going to other perfectly legal methods used...
