I see at the agm they are asking for the right to issue another...

I see at the agm they are asking for the right to issue another 50m shares at 80% of the last 5 trading days price .

They also announced have a debt facility a while back up to $1m where the facility swaps to shares at 80% of the price.

At the cuurent price of .004 thats a potential 50m shares for a mere $150k raising .

I would much prefer the board to take up placements at .008 at the last raising price before that.

At a burn rate of more than $150k almost every quarter since it came out of administration theres been a lot of shares issued but hopefully with this new low the ships is close to heading north.

I hold a small amount from when they were over 2c.
