I would be very very surprised if CXY had only one financial suitor. Very very surprised. Choosing Di was an excellent choice . . . synergy and lots of it.
No one has lost control, no one has gained it. All shareholders will benefit, and far more than the current (welcome) boost in market capitalisation to today's level.
All will be revealed when the timing is right and when details have been agreed. Of that I'm very confident.
