yes both will benefit.
but it really doesn't affect cougar uk (len) if cxy shareholders control cxy or di controls cxy.
in fact, it is advantageous for cougar uk to have a strong partner regardless of the cost or implications for cxy and its shareholders.
thats enough from me....it's just an observation.
