    Leokel...gave thumbs up...come on lets all get the votes up to show clearly what we think of their offer...I agree I suspect a higher offer will be forthcoming...it is just business...

    And as basics taught to me in negotiations...you never accept the first offer...something they would know as Asians are very good at negotiations/bargaining..
