put me down for 14M "nays" to the 2c offer. i also have some influence over a another 6M shares held by a family member (giving me influence over a total of 20M shares).

although i would prefer a cash offer, i don't necessarily have a problem with accepting lion gold shares (their sp over the last 12 months has been rock solid with a steady increase) but will only consider offers valued north of 2.8cps ...
