Yes Plough, diplomacy is needed at first strike, we were pinpointed not as victim but doer courtesy of Mr Scott, probably most countries are doing that anyway. I look at it this way, different beings have different attitude, you may shout at the cat and dog to go away, the cat will but the dog may not. Now if you want to keep the relationship with the dog, you need diplomacy. Culture differs and understanding is needed, never mind bad or good, if we are good, keep it that way, just unfortunately we are in trouble of being doer.
