So what is the impediment now. The government has always found some impediment to delay the start up, whereas I think any other country would have gone hell for leather to get it up and running. It must be very costly to Lynas so maybe they should stand down the workers at the plant until the first concentrate arrives. They can blame the gov for late issue of license as the plant is finished.
And it would have been good to see some Lynas/Malaysian produced RE at the coming symposium, eh?.
