Now why would Lynas risk antagonising the government by standing down their employees?
The cash they're paying the employees is chicken feed in relation to the further cash lost by delaying the commissioning of the LAMP. If Lynas publicly poke the government then I very much doubt the government would hurry their decision, quite the opposite I'd say. Lynas may well be doing all they can behind the scenes - fact is none of us know, but public provocation would be very,very stupid I think.
