A year ago we did not have a dumb cr which added approx 2/3 shares into the registry and in the process diluted the crap out of this company. Once ndo have completed ST funding requirements and confirmed major partner for baragatan I would seriously consider announcing a capital buy back strategy. It doesn't need to happen over a short period but as the company becomes financially stable. I reiterate this should only be considered after any finiancial commitment for the upcoming drill. The sheer number of shares on issue is a major impediment to this stock as the value added to the overall company is not reflected on the value per share. Can you imagine what the so movement would have been if the same scenario was applied by niu minus the cr? The fundamental though progressed is only catching up to the diluted value.
