The difficulty is we dont know the exact terms & conditions of the MFC purchase ie. we didnt see the agreement.
If BRT cant come up with the $$$ by Friday what penalties would be involved???? This would be on top of losing MFC and if BRT was interested in MFC I am sure there would be other toy companies that would be too, so if things drag for too long MFC will get very angry and share holders be in the poo.
The announcements of late have been quite abrupt IMO which indicates some people may also be getting tired of the finance saga down at BRT - after all there seems to be only a few left to do all the work. My confidence is at an all time low with these guys at the mo.
