There also may be negative taxation issues from the return of cash to shareholders from part sales or full takeover, so for those concerned with that, a full share exchange takeover from a major would perhaps be the best possible outcome allowing, at the same time, tax deferral opportunities and the recipient to make the decision to hold or sell in their own good time (same could apply to part sale as well I suppose).

Yeh, yeh mojo and apologies for the multiple posts, but I might add that with CN, in the newspaper article, comparing FAR's opportunities to the evolution of Oil Search, FAR's vision of the future may not be compatible with any of the discussed outcomes
