I fully agree with you. It is a dejavu as per se.
I keep reading some posts re NTC as a lesson for myself - I lost quite some money on them (stupid me - I believed few times what they said in the past; but the time came when enough was enough). You are correct- NTC is just a salary cow for the management.

I might trade them in future but purely as a speculative stock - no more invesmrnt in NTC based on promises and 'future fundamentals and future contracts'.

There is one thing though to the credit of NTC - electronics business in general is very difficult , a lot of comoetition, requires a lot of $ and time for research and innovation. So I decided to leave that stock and diverted my money elsewhere (with WAY BETTER results).
