    This is a great buy. It's a safe bet for the next year. With the nbn , ticket machines and now this water thing job.
    Ntc should be showing smiles all around.
    I'v been collecting for the last 2 months and like the idea of stability a day traders dream.
    I'm lucky because i have the tax man to pay and not the debt collector.
