    A $10mn - $15mn CR would be nothing to a Chinese company, especially if it were one looking to buy the coal.

    Chinese buyers have a history of acquiring stakes in their suppliers in the mining sector.

    I would see a successful CR as adding extra legs to the SP's upward trajectory.
