So where did we get the idea that 15th July is 'do or die' day for the remainder of the purchase dollars for licence contracts?

Have I missed something?

Thought the 10 week period would confirm or otherwise, the decision to proceed with the contract!

MAY even have a 10 week settlement for all we know?

Happy to hear settlement details from posters.
Otherwise, guess we just need to wait another 10 days, folks!

So next lot of anno's WILL be very welcome.
May even have some extra guff ~ Indo? Cash? Coal?
