thought on ost's current stance

Favourable side:
1. Building activity is increasing(recovering economy)
2. Current good buy/sell ratio( almost double:
very rare in recent months; buying momentum)
3. Potential interest from overseas
(but I couldn't find any news atm)

Unfavourable side:
1. World & domestic economy is still fragile
2. Lingering debt in Europe and US deficit problem
