IMO, when its SP went down toward southward, Instos could dump OST by certain reason or whatsoever.

When they decided to sell means 'sell' at any price. On the other hand by certain reason or whatsoever when they decide to buy means 'buy' at any price.

Last year middle of Feb its SP touched $3.00 and current NTA is $1.39. Even there are many uncertaintis in the future, as it is typical cyclical stock future is not gloomy, IMO.

Regarding potential interest from overseas or so, I am still optimistic because building a still mill is like fierce war against locals so called NIMBs.
