A bit of confusion in your terminology and understanding.

In short (pardon the pun) the situation for Magnolia is roughly thus:
Next up, will come in short order (pardon pun again) FERC's NTP, DOE's NFTA & more BTA's but none of us know in what order. Likely to be in next couple of months. Some think FERC's NTP could be circa 18 July because of 90 days from pervious notice.

Following that lot will be FID, completion of debt funding deals (largely negotiated already) and confirmation of EPC (already been struck) if post 2016 close.

Then Financial Close whereupon LNG will receive US$66mi if 2 trains (~4mtpa) or $80 mil if 4 trains. As well there will be US$25 million technology fee for each two trains. This was based on ~50/50 JV with Stonepeak putting up US$660 mil of equity if 2 trains at the outset. No-one knows final arrangements if 3 or 4 trains at the outset. 30/70 debt equity for construction of project which is within the normal range.

Other than that DYOR. Hope you are not one of Parasite's chorus of short buddies (that are flexible enough to occasionally get stretched to being long).

A NYSE listing beckons in early 2017 and will likely follow the events described. Kinga has been working diligently on the listing so plenty happening behind the scenes.

Meantime, trade if you must, but don't then whinge if you're on the wrong side of the trade when news comes. You saw what can happen a fortnight ago. That's just a taste of the melt up to come.
