Anything under 0.45 people just like yourself, have been buying at historical lows. On that singular basis that does sound reasonable and most non-industry associated investors would believe this is a good entry point. They've been doing it for the last 12 months as BLY SP has fallen. This upwards movement isn't the first in its long decline.

The industry environment has not changed, neither at this point will BLY's fortunes.
